Testimonials or customer experiences represent individual results and are not promises that another customer will receive the same outcome.
5. Job Leads and Third-Party Employment Opportunities
WFH Career Connect may locate, organize, summarize, and share job opportunities from employers and third-party sources.
We make reasonable efforts to share legitimate and relevant opportunities. However, we do not own, control, manage, or operate third-party employers or their application systems.
We do not guarantee that:
-
A listing remains open
-
An employer will accept applications from every location
-
The information provided by an employer is complete
-
A salary or schedule will remain unchanged
-
A position is suitable for a specific applicant
-
An employer will respond to an application
-
A posting is free from errors
-
An employer will not modify or remove a listing

Job availability can change without notice. You should review the employer’s complete job posting and requirements before applying.
You are responsible for independently verifying:
-
The employer’s identity
-
Job qualifications
-
Location requirements
-
Compensation
-
Schedule
-
Employment classification
-
Technology requirements
-
Application deadlines
-
Background-check requirements
-
Any request for personal information
WFH Career Connect is not a party to any relationship, communication, application, interview, offer, or employment agreement between you and an employer.
6. Job-Search Safety
You should use caution before providing personal information to an employer, recruiter, or third-party website.
Legitimate employers generally should not require applicants to pay for a job offer or send money as part of an application process.
WFH Career Connect is not responsible for fraud, scams, identity theft, losses, or misconduct caused by a third party.
You should report suspicious activity directly to the appropriate website, employer, financial institution, law-enforcement agency, or consumer-protection authority.
7. Account Registration
Certain services may require you to create an account.
You agree to:
-
Provide accurate registration information
-
Keep your account details current
-
Maintain the confidentiality of your password
-
Restrict unauthorized access to your account
-
Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized activity
-
Accept responsibility for activity conducted through your account
Accounts are intended for individual use unless a product expressly permits multiple users.
You may not share, sell, lease, transfer, or provide your login credentials to another person.
We may suspend or terminate an account if we reasonably believe it has been shared, compromised, misused, or used in violation of these Terms.
8. Purchases and Payment
Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and are subject to change.
By submitting an order, you represent that:
-
You are authorized to use the selected payment method
-
The billing information you provide is accurate
-
You agree to pay the displayed price and applicable taxes
-
You authorize our payment provider to process the transaction
Payments may be processed through Kajabi or third-party payment processors.
We are not responsible for errors, interruptions, security incidents, or service failures caused solely by a third-party payment provider.
If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or not completed, we may withhold or suspend access to the applicable product or service.
9. Recurring Memberships and Subscriptions
Some WFH Career Connect offerings may be sold as recurring memberships or subscriptions.
Before purchasing, you will be shown the applicable:
-
Subscription price
-
Billing frequency
-
Included services
-
Renewal terms
-
Cancellation terms
By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize the applicable payment method to be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing period until you cancel.
Your subscription will continue and renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.
The amount and billing frequency disclosed at checkout will apply unless you are notified of a permitted change in advance.
You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.
If payment cannot be processed, we may:
-
Retry the payment
-
Suspend access
-
Restrict membership benefits
-
Cancel the subscription
10. Membership Cancellation
You may cancel a recurring membership through the cancellation method available in your account or by contacting:
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated at checkout, cancellation does not provide a refund or prorated credit for a billing period that has already begun.
You will generally retain access through the end of the paid billing period unless:
-
Access is terminated for violating these Terms
-
A charge is reversed or disputed
-
The offer states otherwise
-
Applicable law requires a different result
You should cancel before your next renewal date to avoid the next charge.
Deleting an application, leaving a community, unsubscribing from emails, or failing to use the membership does not automatically cancel billing.
11. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is governed by the refund terms presented on the applicable product page, offer page, or checkout page.
Unless a different written refund policy is displayed at purchase, the following terms apply.
Digital Products and Downloads
Because digital products provide immediate access to downloadable or viewable content, purchases of digital guides, templates, playbooks, planners, workbooks, and similar resources are final and non-refundable.
Courses
Course purchases are non-refundable after access has been provided, unless a different refund period is expressly displayed at checkout or a refund is required by law.
Membership Payments
Membership payments are non-refundable after processing. Cancellation applies to future billing periods and does not normally create a refund for the current or previous billing period.
Résumé Refresh Services
Résumé Refresh purchases are non-refundable because the service requires reserved time, review, preparation, and customized work.
A customer’s decision not to submit the required materials, respond to communications, use the completed résumé, or continue a job search does not create a right to a refund.
Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
Contact us promptly if you believe you were charged more than once or charged an incorrect amount. We will review legitimate billing errors.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, contact us at:
We will make a reasonable effort to investigate billing concerns.
Initiating a chargeback does not automatically cancel a recurring subscription. You must separately cancel the subscription using the applicable cancellation process.
If you initiate a chargeback for a valid purchase, we may suspend or terminate access to the associated account, membership, course, download, community, or service while the matter is reviewed.
We may provide the payment processor with relevant records, including:
-
Order confirmations
-
Account-access records
-
Delivery records
-
Download records
-
Communications
-
Checkout disclosures
-
Acceptance of these Terms
13. Résumé Refresh Service

Revision requests must:
-
Relate to the original purchased scope
-
